As a new client, you will receive a one-time waiver of this fee as a gesture of goodwill. - **No-Shows**: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. **Rescheduling:** - If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any rescheduling fees. - Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the same fees. **Late Arrivals:** - We understand that delays can happen. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a rescheduling fee of 50% of the service cost may apply. - Arriving late for your appointment will shorten the time available for your service, and the full service fee will still apply. **Emergency Situations:** - We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances occur. Please communicate with us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. **Payment of Fees:** - Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before scheduling your next appointment. **First-Time Client Courtesy:** - As a new client, you will receive a one-time waiver of the late cancellation fee, as we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise.
